Motion Commotion!

 Phillips Middle’s very own media coordinator, Julius Parker was recently interviewed in the Wednesday, July 6th edition of The Tarboro Weekly. In the article written by Amelia Harper entitled “Children Enjoy Some Motion Commotion at the Library,” Mr. Parker is said to be volunteering at Edgecombe County Library as a part of an internship at East Carolina University. Mr. Parker has his master’s degree in Library Science, but is continuing his education to become licensed in North Carolina.
